Mull & Iona, Tiree, Coll & Colonsay Living Well Network

Anyone who is interested in improving the health of people on the Islands (Mull and Iona, Tiree, Coll and Colonsay) is welcome to join the network.

We have members from the third sector, statutory and private sectors and interested members from our communities etc. New members are always welcome.

Quarterly Network meetings are held by Zoom with mainland based organisations and charities sharing information with Islanders about the support they can offer people on the Islands.

Carol Flett is the Living Well Network Coordinator for the Islands,  she lives between Coll and Tiree.  Network meetings are held virtually on Zoom and Carol is planning one Island face to face event per year.

Anyone wishing to attend any of the meetings or be added to the mailing list can contact Carol Flett.

LWN Meetings

Tuesday June 20th, 10am Patient and Community Transport

This will be the first of many meetings looking at where the gaps in provision are across the Network and discussing small measures that could be made to make an improvement.  We hope to include appropriate staff from Argyll and Bute Council and from the Health and Social Care Partnership in discussions.

If you have an interest in either patient transport or community transport or both, please contact Carol on tcmhwn@gmail.com and she will send you the Zoom link.

Wednesday November 29th, 2pm Signposting

Come along and hear about the work in progress by your network coordinator Carol including Community posters, Newspaper articles and facebook as we try to make sure as much supportive information as possible gets to the right people in our communities.  The main part of this meeting will be for Living Well Network members and partners to share information about the support they can provide.  A few minutes each to talk about their work before answering any questions.

If you would like to come along to share information or hear about the support that is available for you and your communities please contact Carol on tcmhwn@gmail.com and she will send you the Zoom link.
